*Home must be new builder home (not resale home) with minimum sales commission of $3,000 paid to Northeast Florida Realty Inc.. Barry McWright or Barron McWright and Northeast Florida Realty Inc. must be listed on the purchase agreement as the Selling Realtor/Broker. Electric bills will be reimbursted to homeowner for the first 12 months electric bills after closing. The combined reimbursement amount for all 12 electric bills is limited to and can not exceed a grand total of $1,200.
It is required by law that we notify all parties involved in the closing, of any funds paid to the homeowner. It may also be required to send homeowner an IRS form 1099 for any funds paid to homeowner and homeowner maybe required to pay income tax on these funds. Some builders/lenders may not allow funds to be paid to homeowner, in this rare case funds will be forfieted by the homeowner.
